The Technical Solutions Assistant will provide internal IT support through user administration and maintaining/troubleshooting network infrastructure and computer workstations as needed at each location.
On an as needed basis, your duties will included:
- Communicate with and provides technical support to employees on technical inquiries for systems and applications
- Prepare computer workstations for new hires and helps in familiarizing new hires with computers and applications
- Provide support with basic IT infrastructure and networking
- Assist with other various IT Admin duties as needed
- May provide support for internal ERP application design and implementation
- May be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, installing new hardware, and modifying existing hardware
- May assist in developing new company-wide technical solutions
- May travel to other Vivacity Tech locations in the area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Ability to work independently

Education & Experience
- High school diploma and minimum 1 years relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
